Save Concord Wildlife

Raptors, foxes, coyotes, and other predators keep our ecosystems in balance. But rodent poisons—specifically second-generation anticoagulant rodenticides (SGARs)—harm thousands of these creatures in Massachusetts each year after they eat poisoned rodents. SGARs can also harm children and pets who eat the poison itself.

UPDATE March 2026: We have made it to the State House and we need your help to move the bill forward!

Between March and June 2026 (the sooner the better) please contact your state representatives and senators to ask that  An Act Restricting the Use of Rodenticides in the Environment (H5217/S2721) be added to the Mass Ready ActAn Act to build resilience for Massachusetts communities(S2542).

Attaching our bill to this legislation will give our bill a much greater change of passing. If you have questions please contact us at: info@saveconcordwildlife.org
